The house , in 8 acres, is in a peaceful country setting just 2 1\2 km from Castillonnès with shops,banks, restaurants etc together with cinema, tennis courts and pool. There is a lake with a beach 8 km distant and you can play table tennis, boules, croquet and swingball at the house or take a plunge in our 20x8x4 pool or borrow a bicycle. The loal colourful markets ard daily with Castillonnès on a Tuesday. The perfect place to relax and unwind , to sightsee and explore or to be more energetic.

| Christine, et ses 2 chats, sont heureux de pouvoir vous accueillir quelques nuits ou plus, pour un séjour de détente, de découvertes, en lisière de la Dordogne. LA PEREGRINE est située face au vieux pont roman et au moulin, au bord de la rivière du Dropt.
Cette maison de village datant du Moyen-Age aux murs de pisé de chanvre et de pierres , entièrement restaurée, . offre tout le confort moderne que l’on peut attendre même en hiver.
Ses 2 salons, l’un avec sa cheminée, l’autre avec une TV très grand écran (plus de 800 chaînes internationales) vous permettent des rencontres plus ou moins intimistes.
Sa large terrasse ombragée à l’étage du séjour, donne sur un bassin rafraîchissant à bulles massantes .
En bordure de la campagne, elle a le bénéfice de deux restaurants (dont l’un est gastronomique) et d’un grand parking , près de la rivière, avec la poste et le parking à deux pas!
Prix 2012: 55€, comprend la chambre pour deux et le petit déjeuner (50€ pour une personne seule)
Prix à la semaine : 280€ pour deux /245€ pour une personne.
Possibilité laverie pour long séjour avec supplément.

La Pérégrine, is a charming medieval village house, located by the River Dropt, overlooking a 13th century Roman-style bridge and watermill, that will enhance your French experience.
La Pérégrine has been lovingly restored retaining the original stonework and the cob and hemp walls. Situated on the edge of the countryside it offers an lovely view of the River Dropt and the surrounding rooftops and private gardens.
The lounge on the ground floor offers intimacy by its fireplace in winter and a cool freshness in summer. The 1st floor sitting room offers a relaxed area - just the place for a chat or to browse the many international channels on the very large screen televison. Leading off the sitting room there is a large shaded terrace where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine or possibly a dip in the fresh water massaging pool.
In the village you will find an artisan bakery, a gastronomic restaurant, a bar/restaurant and the post office. There is ample car parking nearby.
Price 2012: 55€ per night for two including continental breakfast,
50€ for single person .
Weekly rate: 280€ for two (245€ for single).
Laundry available on extra_Room service twice a week.
For longer stays rooms cleaned twice a week. Use of washing machine available at a supplementary charge
