- Welcome to our home at Les Régniers!
  Les Régniers are two gites to be booked together or separately, for a romantic, family or group stay. Located in a quiet hamlet between vineyards and forest, it is the ideal place for a simple and authentic stay, close to nature.
  
  GITE 24, a family house with the charm of yesteryear (up to 8 people)
  
  ---> an open living room with fitted kitchen area and lounge area
  
  ---> a bathroom with shower, sink, WC, washing machine
  
  ---> two double bedrooms, one with cot
  
  ---> a large open space upstairs dedicated to children with its sleeping area and lounge/play area
  
  GITE 33, a cozy and warm old stone cellar (up to 6 people)
  
  ---> an open living room with fitted kitchen area and lounge area
  
  ---> a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC
  
  ---> two double bedrooms
  
  ---> a mezzanine with sofa bed and desk
  
  The 2 cottages are joined by a common courtyard which allows easy movement from one to the other, and therefore allows up to 14 people maximum (adults, children, babies included), while benefiting from independent spaces. For sunny days, you can sit in the courtyard for an aperitif and barbecue, or enjoy the separate garden with a semi-buried above-ground wooden swimming pool (7x4m, total depth 1m40), pétanque court, and leisure equipment. The beds will be made on arrival, towels provided, and baby equipment is available (bed, deckchair, high chair, bath). By reserving the two lodgings together, you therefore privatize all the spaces for your stay. We want quiet places, and parties are not allowed and pets are not allowed due to allergies. Our family settled in Les Régniers after 20 years of professional changes and city life. We live on site, behind the gîtes, and it is a pleasure to meet people, welcome you, and share our peaceful little corner of the countryside.

Had a lovely one night stay here as we were biking through the surrounding towns. The place was very charming, very clean, and the host was very nice. Would recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Very good welcome in the attention to detail with a smile and lots of practical information and little touches. Quiet and green setting in a pretty little village. Very clean and well equipped cottage, nothing is missing, while remaining simple and comfortable. crockery, appliances, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels and very comfortable bedding. Nice decoration and equipped and maintained garden. We all had a great long weekend and we all found our happiness there from 8 months to 60 years old!!

Great cottages for a family weekend! There were 12 of us and we rented the two parts of the gîte, which allowed us to take full advantage of all the space available. There is everything you need on site, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, toaster etc... the cottage was clean. We greatly appreciated the large landing with a space for children, the large garden (just in front of the cottage) with the swimming pool (even if we did not take advantage of it because of the weather), the bathroom with shower Italian style and the kindness of our host! There may be a "but", the gîte is divided into two buildings for 6 people, I think the common area is a bit small for two groups of 6.
