150 m from La Baïse and the historic center of Nérac, a charming little town with a medieval and Renaissance character, the 3* Goélia L'Aquaresort Tourist Residence is located in a landscaped park with gardens and leisure areas and is adjacent to the " Lud'o Parc", a 1000 m² water park with Gallo-Roman decor made up of leisure and leisure pools: pools, waterfalls and water slides, inflatable structures for children from 3 to 10 years old... and access to which is included for residents of the Aquaresort in July and August.

The Aquaresort residence is made up of apartments for 4 to 8 people, with covered terrace on the ground floor or covered balcony upstairs, and villas for 6 and 8 people on the ground floor.
