- In Haut-Périgord-Agenais, you can discover the authenticity of a Farm-Inn with the Roussely family :
  «The transfer of know-how is our passion, we create our menus from traditional family recipes ».
  
  Menus at 20€ and 26€ and a children's menu at 14€
  
  You can taste the local products and specialities that directly come from the farm that was a Templar’s house !
  
  This welcoming family invests a lot of their time and energy to create quality products. They breed ducks and feed them with the sweet corn they grow themselves. They then process their products and serve them in various ways, refined and cooked following traditional family recipes.
  
  Ferme de Selles welcomes you every day in a comfortable and friendly setting and the Roussely family dishes can be savoured from March to September.
  Groups (up to 50 persons) are welcomed all year long by prior arrangement.
  
  Farm specialities : Taste their culinary specialities such as the “tournedos of duck served with ceps mushrooms” and “the escalope of duck foie gras with fruits”.
  
  Visit their shop: foie gras, duck saucisson, fine herbs terrine, duck stew with prunes and fresh duck meat.
  
  Opening times :
  - Weekends, all year round for groups, seminars, associations...
  - Weekends from March to May for all
  - Every evening from Wednesday to Saturday, and Sunday Lunch from June to 15th September.
  
  Closed from 1st November to 31st January.
  
  Find us on the Villéreal markets on Saturdays, Castillonès on Tuesdays and Monflanquin on Thursdays during the summer.

Lovely surroundings, a very friendly welcome. Food was excellant, had set menue on a sunday ,€19 and my husband had €25 and my son had children €12 , we had so many courses that we struggled to eat it all, give yourself 3 hours to get through it! We would definatĺy come again, dont bring fussy eaters though as it was wasted on my 12 year old son! Out of season is open saturday night and sunday lunch . From june to september open wednesday to sunday. Would highly recommend, hidden gem

It's very good, a good meal, we had lunch with a group of thirty people outside under the arbor. An excellent meal at the farm, very good local cuisine.

Une ferme auberge de très grande qualité. Les assiettes sont tres généreuses, gourmandes et excellentes. L’équipe travaille dans une ambiance conviviale. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée.
