    • Located on the Souleilles Farm, the Foie Gras Museum is unique in France. Discover the history of foie gras and find answers to all your questions at Frespech near Villeneuve-sur-Lot!


      The shop is open and free to treat you to our Foies Gras and other duck specialties!


      SCHEDULE:

      • January-February-March: Monday to Saturday 10am-6pm
      • April to June and September to December: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
      • July-August: 7/7 10 a.m.-7 p.m.


      RATES :

      • 5€ / person
      • Free for children under 12
      • Groups (10 people or more): €4 per person


      Closed on 25/12 and 01/01

    Most wonderful experience. These people really show passion for their job and are rightfully proud of their accomplishments. We visited it some 10 years ago and it still holds its charms. Having lunch here afterwards is HIGHLY recommended. For very democratic prices you get a very good, fresh and delicious plate accompanied with some great wine. Most highly recommended!!

    Superb museum on the origins and history of Foie Gras production, very informative and well presented. Lovely friendly staff, great produce all produced on-site. Friday morning s are market day with food stalls and activities.

    Well off the beaten track but all the better for it. Surprised to find them open on a Monday in December. Lovely friendly welcome. Fascinating place and delicious fois gras to boot.
