Pinel-Hauterive is a small town in the Lot Valley, between Castelmoront-sur-Lot and Villeuneuve-sur-Lot. The Pech de Pasture is a plateau, perched on the slopes of the valley. Composed of pasture meadows, in spring it shelters a multitude of wild orchids. They clearly stand out on these natural lawns, forming colorful touches on a green canvas. What makes this site interesting is the diversity of the species that grow there. They also attract a crowd of insects and in particular butterflies. Aware of its value, the municipality maintains this place in a very natural way. You will take very pleasant country walks there.
