The Agen racecourse is ideally located at Passage d'Agen, 300 meters from the airport, 600 meters from the motorway exit and 4 km from Agen train station. Crossroads of the departments of Gers, Landes and less than 1h30 from Bordeaux and Toulouse it is an unmissable site in Lot-et-Garonne.

This trotting and galloping racecourse with a seating capacity of 2,000 has several tracks:

• A 1200m pink sand trotting track with a 320m straight
• A 1350m grass galloping track with a 370m straight
• An obstacle course

Various services are available to you: panoramic restaurant open every day, snack bar, private boxes, behind-the- scenes tour of the racecourse, tour of the arboretum, etc.

Reception rooms are available for rental for conferences, seminars, group meals or exhibitions, etc.

The Agen racecourse hosts 26 race meetings per year (more than 200 races), including 10 national meetings during which our site is in the spotlight of the Equidia channel with retransmission in the 11,000 PMU points of sale in France. We organize events in the 3 racing disciplines: trotting, flat racing and obstacle racing. Created in 1850 in the commune of Passage d'Agen, initially at "Mestro", then at "La Garenne" since 1973, the racecourse is an institution in the Agen metropolitan area.

Today classified as a National Pole and ranked 11th out of 235 French racecourses, it is one of the main racecourses in France and regularly welcomes the best professionals of the moment.

Renowned for its races but also for the many theme days organized simultaneously, our racecourse has the recognition of institutions and regularly receives financial support from the Agen Urban Community and the town halls of Agen and Le Passage, generally on the occasion of investments, but also through partnerships which allow us, for example, to highlight the different municipalities of the urban area during the races.

Set in a green setting of more than 20 hectares, with an arboretum presenting more than 200 species, it offers a friendly atmosphere and a magical atmosphere for an unforgettable outing with family or friends.
