Now accompanied by Aude in her workshop, she sources directly from producers to obtain the best raw materials, an artisanal millstone flour made from organic and local cereals. Each batch is different depending on the wheat and the weather conditions, a detail appreciated by Isabelle who likes to work with living things , and offer you products with unique flavors . This is why she chooses breadmaking with natural sourdough in long fermentation as well as baking in a wood-fired oven with a blast.
