Open from Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., it invites you to taste exceptional breads shaped with love while respecting baking traditions.
  
  Le Fournil de Lamarque, the baking heritage of our countryside in every bite
  Since 2019, Isabelle Lenseigne has been kneading, shaping and baking exceptional products with the greatest respect for the baking tradition, offering your taste buds the nostalgia of good crispy bread with a honeycomb crumb. Now accompanied by Aude in her workshop, she sources directly from producers to obtain the best raw materials, an artisanal millstone flour made from organic and local cereals. Each batch is different depending on the wheat and the weather conditions, a detail appreciated by Isabelle who likes to work with living things , and offer you products with unique flavors . This is why she chooses breadmaking with natural sourdough in long fermentation as well as baking in a wood-fired oven with a blast.

Very good homemade bakery with local flour. The breads are delicious and varied (cereals, dried fruits, seeds, gluten-free, etc.). Different sizes are available, the loaves are generous and keep well. The pastries offered are also very tempting. The place is very cute and the welcome from the owners and employees is always pleasant! Don’t hesitate to go for a walk after work

Good morning, I confirm that the bread is excellent and the atypical place which reminds me of my childhood, superb restoration of the place 😊, very friendly person who listens to his customers. The only small negative point is the short hours when you are on vacation, it is difficult to have a sense of time 😅 so you just have to remember to stock up 🤗 because I still say very good quality bread which lasts for at least 2 days or so 3 so well preserved 😉. Good luck, looking forward to seeing you again and tasting your good bread 😊
