  Since 2019, Isabelle Lenseigne has been kneading, shaping, and baking exceptional products with the utmost respect for traditional baking methods, offering your taste buds the nostalgia of good, crusty bread with an airy crumb. Now joined by Aude in her workshop, she sources directly from producers to obtain the finest raw materials, including artisanal stone-ground flour made from organic and local grains. Each batch is unique, depending on the wheat and the weather conditions—a detail appreciated by Isabelle, who loves working with living ingredients and offering you products with unique flavors. This is why she chooses natural sourdough with a long fermentation process and baking in a wood-fired oven with a traditional firebox.

We've known this bakery since it opened (in 2019) and it's always a pleasure to return when we're in the area. What the description doesn't mention is that Isabelle completed a specialized training course on the very specific "Gueulard" bread oven, and getting it up and running and achieving the right temperature and humidity for each type of bread is quite an art. At this level, it's no longer just baking; it's fine craftsmanship, the kind we wish we saw in every field.

Passing through the area, we don't regret stopping at this superb bakery. The bread is simply excellent!!! Not to mention the warm welcome!! In this age of mass-produced goods, thank you for delighting us with such good products!!!
