After 33 years of professional experience in butchery, Sébastien decided to take the plunge and open a butchery in his image, not hesitating to go to local breeders to choose his animals. Sébastien transmits the trade to his son Baptiste together they transform the products and develop new recipes and expand their range of homemade charcuterie.
