    • The Fournil de Lamarque rediscovers the baking tradition of our countryside by working with millstone flours of old varieties (population wheat) grown on the local and regional soil.

Isabelle Ligne, the baker, chose natural sourdough breadmaking and long fermentation. This traditional method, which allows the aromas of these exceptional flours to fully develop, naturally improves the preservation of the bread and its dietary qualities. The breads are then baked in a wood-fired oven which produces a well-shaped crumb and a beautiful golden crust.

Le Fournil de Lamarque offers you a wide range of bread as well as pastries, pastries, pizzas and of course focaccia . Recently a range of gluten-free breads has been added to this offer.

And if you wish, Isabelle will be happy to show you her pretty bakery and explain the principles of traditional bread-making and how the wood-fired oven works.

Good morning, What a shame that I only have to give 2 stars when this good bread deserves 5... How sad for it's beautiful bread in this super bakery where the nobility of the bread should be taken into account in the first place, because it is a noble food and so important on our planet that I find it a shame that we touch the money which is so dirty and filled with bacteria that can endanger a population. This bread goes to restaurants where this appetizer delights us unfortunately when we receive the money we must not touch the bread afterwards! And out of respect for the customer who is king, we must respect tradition when we sell good bread.

I discovered the bakery through the Biocoop breads in Nérac. The place is very beautiful and the atmosphere is very beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to iron once because these breads are delicious, nutritious and good for the environment. Contributing to good quality food is essential for me and this bakery seems to me to be a pioneer in the world of bread.
