150 m from La Baïse and the historic centre of Nérac , a charming little town with a medieval and Renaissance character, the 3* Goélia L'Aquaresort Tourist Residence is located in a landscaped park with gardens and leisure areas and is adjacent to the "Lud'o Parc", a 1000 m² water park with Gallo-Roman decor made up of leisure and recreational pools: pools, waterfalls and aquaglisse, inflatable structures for children from 3 to 10 years old... and access to which is included for residents of the Aquaresort in July and August.

The Aquaresort residence is made up of apartments for 4 to 8 people, with a covered terrace on the ground floor or a covered balcony on the upper floor, and villas for 6 and 8 people on the ground floor. The accommodations are perfectly equipped with a kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave/grill, extractor hood, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster), bathroom and heated towel rail (shower room in some accommodations accepting people with reduced mobility) and all have garden furniture. TV is included.

Within the residence, you will find a reception, a children's play area, a bowling alley, as well as free parking and WIFI access at the reception during opening hours with access limited to 30 minutes per day and per adult.
