  We spent 4 days with our 2 and a half year old child and enjoyed our first stay at Centerparcs. Very clean and comfortable cottage, suitable included activities, nice infrastructure, a very simple and very practical bracelet system, very pleasant and competent staff, feeling of security in and around the park. We were pleasantly surprised by the calm and relaxing atmosphere within the park, the accommodations are very close to each other and we meet people but the place seems to invite tranquility and respect. PLEASE NOTE: the baby bed provided is 90cm long and therefore unsuitable after 18 months. This can be a very unpleasant surprise and should be specified in the description on the booking site. Our stay would clearly have been ruined if we had not seen the information in the comments of other vacationers and brought our own cot. In general, we found a lot of communication faults on the website which lacks precision and clarity (perhaps sometimes to encourage consumption?). We could repeat the experience for a short stay but we would not consider a long stay because outside the park the sector does not offer possibilities for sporting or cultural activities and in the park we find the paid activities too expensive for their quality. However, this experience made us want to try other center parks with our young child.

  Excellent service. Smiling and pleasant team. We came for 4 days with a group of adults with disabilities. Clean and welcoming cottage, well equipped except for a slight downside: no oven in the type of cottage we had reserved, although it was designed to accommodate 8 people. From what I understand the ovens are available in the 12-person cottages. In short, not a big deal in itself, we adapted. We ate at the “bistrot du lot et garonne”. Very warm welcome and excellent dishes. Special mention to Titouan: being unable to provide us with a mixed meal for one of our residents (it is not the only restaurant to refuse us this unfortunately) he found a solution so that we could mix it ourselves and then reheat it. And as he was friendly, we contacted him several times for various requests, he was always very friendly and responsive. More generally, the team is very pleasant and always smiling, and that's a pleasure. I want to emphasize this point.
