The residence forms a pedestrian complex composed of Landaise villas divided into 2 to 4 accommodations without vis-à-vis, with parking lots grouped at the entrance of the residence (closed parking with digicode but not supervised) , a heated outdoor swimming pool and children's pool open from 08/04/23 to 23/09/23 (depending on weather conditions) , a south-facing solarium, equipped with deck chairs, a link between the Demeures du Lac and the lake beach.
