Ideal for family holidays and nature lovers, the 3*** Goélia Les Demeures du Lac tourist residence benefits from an ideal location: on the beautiful sandy beach of Lake Clarens, with no roads to cross, in the heart of a fragrant pine forest and close to many leisure activities: swimming, pedal boat rental, paddle boarding and mountain bike rides around the lake, 18-hole golf course, treetop adventure course, tennis, equestrian center and pony club, casino 100m away with brasserie and bar/lounge.

The residence forms a pedestrian complex composed of Landes villas divided into 2 to 4 dwellings without vis-à-vis, with grouped parking at the entrance to the residence (enclosed parking with digital code but not supervised) , a heated outdoor swimming pool and children's pool open from 06/04 to 21/09/24 (depending on weather conditions) , a south-facing solarium, equipped with deckchairs, linking the Demeures du Lac and the lake beach.

In July-August, a host invites you to take part in sports tournaments (pétanque, volleyball, table tennis, badminton) and advises you on your mountain bike rides around the lake.

Children's club and sports activities for teenagers and adults and children's club for 6-10 year olds (5 half-days per week) from 06/07 to 31/08 depending on the weather and bike rental on site.
