  We had brunch as a family this morning at this 4-star restaurant. The setting is pleasant, and the welcome, provided by two smiling people upon entry, is truly warm. They immediately direct us to the restaurant, which creates a very positive first impression. The dining room is decorated in a southern Mediterranean style, with warm and light tones. It's well done, but in my opinion, it lacks that little "wow" factor one usually expects in a restaurant of this caliber. The rattan furniture (tables and chairs) enhances the ambiance, but doesn't immediately convey that sense of comfort and elegance. Once seated, the chairs are a bit low and lack sufficient cushioning compared to the tables, which reduces comfort for a brunch of this standard. As for the buffet, the selection is extensive and well presented: Sweet items: macarons, chocolate fondant, éclairs, fresh fruit, sliced ​​pineapple… Seafood: oysters, pink shrimp, smoked salmon. Salads, wraps, and cheeses by the slice. Hot dishes: baked eggs, salmon steak, beef and rib-eye steak, green beans, baby potatoes, and truffle pasta. Special mention goes to the bread by the slice, which is excellent and very varied. The drinks are more traditional: two standard percolators for coffee, commercial apple and orange juice, and a nice eco-friendly touch with refillable water bottles. The selection is generous and varied, offering something for everyone. However, as someone who frequents this type of establishment, I think a few adjustments would make this brunch truly distinctive: offer real, freshly squeezed orange juice, offer the option of having a cappuccino, latte, or espresso made to order, add a small touch at checkout (for example, a sweet treat), which sets it apart in upscale establishments. In summary, a pleasant and well-stocked brunch, with a quality welcome, but which would benefit from refining certain details to fully match the establishment's standard.
