We just spent the weekend at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful. I work in events, so I know a thing or two about them. Congratulations to this hotel; the finishes are incredible, the staff are lovely, and the rooms are magnificent. Thank you so much!

Beautiful location, lovely place, but a very poorly utilized business. Unpleasant staff, mediocre welcome. Limited food options for a supposedly prestigious establishment. The staff and management are not up to the establishment's potential, nor even the prestige of the location. I'm from the region and I expected a more prestigious establishment, one worthy of hosting private or professional events in the city of Agen. I've been going there regularly since it opened, and today I'm very disappointed. I went there again on Saturday evening with a group of friends, and we were very poorly received, even though we had booked earlier in the week. There was a lot of aggression from a waiter and his manager. The establishment prioritizes businesses or passing trade, with whom it's easier not to make an effort.
