  This is our fourth visit to this establishment. Perhaps not often enough to be considered regulars, but enough to have gained some perspective. The welcome seemed warm with some regular customers, but noticeably more reserved with others, including ourselves. We felt a difference in treatment that surprised us somewhat. The owner's interactions with his acquaintances created a very informal atmosphere; this might appeal to some, but in an establishment of this caliber, a little more discretion would be appreciated. As for the food, having enjoyed this restaurant in the past, we were disappointed this time by a marked difference in quality. My starter lacked flavor, as did my wife's dessert. The main courses were decent, but unremarkable. Finally, the wait was particularly long: nearly two hours at the table, to the point where we had to ask for desserts to be served more quickly so as not to miss an appointment scheduled for early afternoon. Another point to note: on the Google images associated with the establishment, the attractively priced menus are indicated as valid 6 days a week (except Sundays and public holidays). However, upon arriving on a Saturday, we discovered that this day was now included in the "except" list. This indicates a problem with consistency or outdated information, which could be confusing for customers. It's a shame, as we had fond memories of our previous visits. We don't plan to return, especially since there are fortunately other excellent restaurants to discover in Albert.
