A gourmet menu at €42 and a gastronomic menu at €65

The menu at Restaurant La Distillerie is structured around two complementary options. The €42 Gourmet Menu changes weekly, reflecting the market's offerings and the chef's inspiration—the ideal way to discover Mr. Faivre's cuisine with a carefully crafted starter, main course, and dessert. The €65 À la Carte Menu offers a more comprehensive gastronomic experience, with greater freedom in composition and ingredients showcased in the purest spirit of French gastronomy. The cuisine, sincere and precise, draws on the expertise of a chef who honed his skills in a dozen establishments over more than 25 years before settling in the Albret region. Reservations are strongly recommended due to limited seating.
