  While visiting the region for the weekend, we discovered Blanche Haut's restaurant somewhat by chance. It was a truly pleasant surprise to experience this beautiful and truly intimate table d'hôte. The welcome and service were impeccable. We were the only ones among four tables on a Sunday evening, almost as if we had reserved the place for private use. The dishes were fairly standard (foie gras and tournedos with foie gras sauce, gratin dauphinois) but comforting, beautifully cooked and with a superb sauce. The wine pairing was perfect. We can only recommend this lovely restaurant, which has been open since April.

  The setting is beautiful. The interior design is exquisite, the food was amazing and our host was totally charming. Wonderful experience!
