    Personally, smiling and courteous. Friendly, but you should do your research before sending people to visit places. You travel, I don't know how many kilometers, and then you are told, when you arrive at the site, it's closed. It's a shame not to update things, really a shame.

    The tourist office doesn't know anything about their city. The advisors give very poor advice without a single smile. One piece of advice: use Google.
