  Cycles Sud-Ouest provided the cornerstone of a unique two-week vacation. I planned the itinerary based on my family's interests and abilities, and they helped to set us up beautifully. Communication was impeccable. The pricing was very reasonable, considering that there are other bike rental outfits charging way more. Oh, and the Canal de Garonne is so worth it. A national treasure. For kids with an electronic worldview, this is great introduction to a bigger geographic experience. Traveling on a bicycle provides direct experience of the scale of the world.

  Clare was wonderful from the start and ironed out the many wrinkles in our plan to bike from Bordeaux to Toulouse. She was super kind and extremely helpful. Our trip was all the better for her patience and time. It was nice to be able to call in at the shop and meet her (and the team) in person, putting a face to the many many emails we had inflicted on her! A wonderful business run by wonderful people. We are very grateful we chose Cycles Sud-Ouest.

  I would highly recommend Cycles Sud-Ouest. The service provided by Clare and her team was brilliant, very informative and welcoming. The bikes provided were of a very high standard and with an excellent range (We hired the electric bikes). Additional equipment was provided such as phone holder etc. They are in an excellent location for riding along the canal or quiet country lanes. Overall, a brilliant experience, thank you.
