The Pont des Sables water stop is located on the Garonne Canal.
Inaugurated in 1856, running from Toulouse to Castets en Dorthe, the Garonne Canal extends the Canal du Midi to form the Canal des Deux Mers which links the Mediterranean to the Atlantic.

5 minutes from the Marmande motorway exit, the dynamic team of Emeraude Location has taken over from Emeraude navigation and offers you many activities :
• Rental of boats without a license for a few hours
• Rental of bicycles and pedal boats, canoes and stand up paddles You will also find inflatable games there during the summer holidays.

Following the change of operator, the base that needs to get back on the road will only be open this year on certain weekends and public holidays in May and June as well as every July / August and weekends in September. Rental of boats without a license for, 1h, 2h, 1/2 day or even a whole day depending on the boat.
Boats for up to 12 people.
You will be offered a canal card at the harbor master's office where regional products, ice cream, snacks and cold drinks are sold.
Safely walks on a very calm body of water in the shade of majestic plane trees.
