Ideally located in the Lot-et-Garonne department on the border with GERS, our campsite is 20 km southwest of Agen, 16 km from Walygator Park, and only 12 km from the A62 motorway.

The X'trem Village campsite is a small, very pleasant and comfortable wooded family campsite with 29 pitches, from the smallest to the largest, for tents, vans or camper vans (3 ranges are available: Comfort, XXL or Premium).

We also have 3 lakeside chalets for 4 people with breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets, as well as 9 mobile homes that can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

For the more unusual side, we have 5 cabins for 4/6 people and 3 tipis for 6 people, in the end, there is something for everyone.

At X'trem Village, you can find a 13-hectare lake for your water activities (jet ski, aquapark, towed buoy and paddle) as well as carp fishing, a 200 m² swimming pool with a view of the lake and the little extra a guinguette restaurant to come and eat at any time of the day on site or to take away.
